These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and j7l ("j7l," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the j7l website at j7l.one and all associated gaming services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the j7l Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. j7l reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, winnings forfeited, and the original deposit amount returned in accordance with applicable law.
Each player may hold only one active account on the j7l Platform. The creation of duplicate, multi-accounting, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must notify j7l's support team immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. j7l shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.
All financial transactions on j7l are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). j7l accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction.
The minimum deposit is PHP 100. j7l does not charge transaction fees on standard GCash and Maya deposits; however, third-party charges from your payment provider may apply and are your responsibility.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya. j7l reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount exceeds PHP 10,000 or where enhanced due diligence is required under anti-money laundering regulations.
j7l reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending the satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC) and source-of-funds verification. Funds derived from bonus misuse or fraudulent activity will not be processed.
j7l may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms displayed at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal. j7l reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to disqualify players found to be abusing promotional terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, chip dumping, or arbitrage betting.
All games available on the j7l Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) from licensed third-party providers. Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by j7l or its staff. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the respective game information panels.
Live dealer game results are determined in real time by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, j7l will attempt to reconstruct the session from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible and the outcome cannot be verified, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
j7l reserves the right to void bets placed on erroneous odds, system errors, or obvious mistakes. Players who knowingly exploit such errors are in breach of these Terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j7l Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the j7l Platform, including but not limited to the j7l brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software code, is the exclusive intellectual property of j7l or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any j7l content without prior written authorisation from j7l.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j7l's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
j7l shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunities; (b) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) losses arising from service interruption, technical failure, or force majeure events including but not limited to typhoons, power failures, or internet outages affecting areas of the Philippines; or (d) the actions of third-party payment processors.
The j7l Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." j7l does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
j7l reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where j7l reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred, where continued access poses a risk to the Platform or other users, or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Upon account termination, any pending withdrawal requests for legitimately won funds (i.e., not derived from bonus abuse or prohibited conduct) will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of termination will be forfeited.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the j7l Platform that cannot be resolved through j7l's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first submit your complaint in writing to j7l's customer support team and allow a minimum of 30 days for j7l to respond and attempt resolution.
